About this role
We are currently seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant, who will support the day-to-day operation of the central kitchen, preparing and cooking food to high standards. The job also supports all food preparation for hospitality and events, (This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, term time only) Working with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will help deliver excellent food and customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety, presentation, and hygiene. You will support stock control, food preparation, menu development, and HACCP compliance, while helping to minimise waste and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding catering experience across our hospitality services.
