Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. Our surgeons are supported by state-of-the-art robotics. We're seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to lead and participate in the planning, development, implementation, training, evaluation of use, and optimization of clinical information systems. We're currently seeking a Clinical Application Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between IT and clinical staff. Collaborates with clinical stakeholders to ensure system content accurately reflects current workflows, organizational objectives, and best practices in patient care. Ensures information systems are implemented and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and professional clinical practice guidelines. Supports clinical departments throughout system implementation initiatives, including planning, testing, training, and go-live activities. Provides ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and optimization to promote efficient system utilization and user satisfaction. Partners with clinical and technical teams to identify workflow improvements and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Assists with change management efforts by communicating updates, gathering user feedback, and promoting adoption of new technologies and processes. Monitors system performance and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure applications effectively meet organizational and clinical needs.
