About the Role Join Foothill Regional Medical Center and help transform healthcare through technology. As a Clinical Informatics Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other clinical systems, leading implementation, optimization, training, and support initiatives. Working closely with clinical, operational, and leadership teams, you will drive workflow improvements, enhance user adoption, and leverage technology to improve patient care, efficiency, and organizational performance. Who We Are Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. Serves as the primary internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, providing leadership in system implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. Leads and supports EHR deployment projects, ensuring successful adoption, system enhancements, workflow integration, and long-term performance improvements. Acts as a liaison between Information Systems, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to facilitate effective communication and alignment of technology solutions with operational needs. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to analyze clinical and business workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and configure EHR functionality to enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient care outcomes. Provides end-user support, training, and guidance to maximize EHR utilization and ensure a positive user experience. Partners with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic technology initiatives that support both short-term operational goals and long-term organizational objectives. Evaluates system performance and recommends enhancements to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and overall clinical effectiveness.
