Please note this is a 1 year FTC The hiring team are happy to discuss being based at our London office with travel to Brize as required We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase ledger, company expenses, banking activities, and stock-related financial processes. Why AirTanker? As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance function. You will be responsible for processing purchase ledger transactions, managing supplier payments, supporting expense administration, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business, you will help ensure financial processes are completed accurately, suppliers are supported effectively, and strong financial controls are maintained across AirTanker Variety and Responsibility: No two days are the same. You'll support multiple finance processes and work with colleagues and suppliers across the business. Develop Technical Skills: Strengthen your experience using finance systems, spreadsheets, and reconciliation processes while developing strong attention to detail.
