Field Sales Representative (Field Sales & Community Partnerships) Help launch an exciting new delivery program in Anchorage while building relationships with local business owners. This field-based sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, driving business growth, and earning uncapped commission.What You'll Do
• Visit local businesses and introduce a new delivery partnership opportunity • Build relationships with owners and decision-makers in your territory • Qualify prospects and guide them through the application and onboarding process • Manage leads and activity in Salesforce • Support community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives • Partner with chambers of commerce and business organizations to generate referrals • Travel throughout the Anchorage market (typically within a 1-2 hour radius) What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or business development experience • Field sales, outside sales, door-to-door, or account development experience preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently • Proficient with Excel and technology tools • Willingness to travel throughout the local territory Why Join Us?
