An exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program in the area. As a key player, you will recruit local businesses to join a Hub delivery partner program, working collaboratively with a Field Manager and local contractors. You will engage with prospective businesses, pitch program opportunities, qualify and guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities for successful partner conversions.Responsibilities
• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses. • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce. • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and townhall meetings. • Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service. • Experience in outside/field sales is required. • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce being preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus. • Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants. • Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology. • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work EnvironmentThe role requires being in the field five days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based follow-up/admin tasks. The position is based in or near Medford, OR, with additional locations in Tillamook or Lincoln City, OR. Benefits include two weeks PTO after a successful six-month review, uncapped commission, phone bill expenses, and mileage reimbursement.
