Job Title: Outbound Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionThe Outbound Sales Representative drives growth by recruiting and activating Hub partners within assigned regions through high-volume outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on consultative selling, qualifying inbound leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics related to call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation. You will play a key role in expanding a growing program that partners with small businesses across the United States and creates mutually beneficial opportunities. Responsibilities • Generate new Hub partners in assigned regions through proactive outbound sales calls. • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to identify, contact, and engage potential Hub partners. • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Hub Delivery partners, ensuring timely and professional follow-up. • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, business models, and goals, and present the value proposition of Hub Delivery solutions. • Clearly explain program details, requirements, and benefits to prospective partners to support informed decision-making. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and progress in CRM systems. • Track and manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing activities to maximize conversion and partner activation. • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation and launch goals. • Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help refine sales strategies and improve program performance. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, refine messaging, and support overall sales objectives. • Work independently to manage daily activities and pipeline while aligning with team goals and processes. Essential Skills • Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, with a focus on high-volume outbound cold calling. • Proven experience in outbound sales, outbound call center environments, and cold calling. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and effectively present solutions based on partner needs. • Comfort making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously. • Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, to manage leads, track activities, and record data. • Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter, managing time and priorities effectively. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team. • Solid customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with small business owners and stakeholders. • Account management capabilities, including follow-up and relationship maintenance with prospective and active partners. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in logistics, retail, or technology industries is preferred. • Salesforce experience is preferred; proficiency with CRM systems is required. • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools. • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Mandarin are a plus and can support outreach to a broader partner base. • Background in recruiting or inside sales roles is beneficial. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving program needs and market conditions. Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is structured as a hybrid work environment, with most work performed remotely and in-office presence expected 1–2 times per week for meetings and collaboration. You will use CRM systems such as Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to manage leads, track performance, and communicate with prospective partners. The program focuses on partnering with small businesses across the United States, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and mutual success. Team members are eligible for two weeks of paid time off following a successful performance review after six months and have the opportunity to earn commission based on outbound sales results, with commission tied to key milestones such as Hub applications, readiness to launch, and successful launches with sustained activity. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
