Beast Protection is a growing security company providing professional security services to commercial properties, condominiums, construction sites, events and other client locations across Ontario. We are looking for reliable, professional and customer-focused Security Guards to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Security Guard with Beast Protection, you will help protect people, property and client assets while maintaining a safe and professional environment. You will be expected to remain alert, follow site-specific procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols and security inspections. * Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV and designated areas. * Control access to client properties when required. * Respond professionally to alarms, incidents and emergencies. * Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. * Observe and report suspicious or unauthorized activity. * Assist with crowd and access control at events. * Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. * Follow all client instructions, site procedures and company policies. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients and emergency services when required.
Requirements
* *Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence ? required.* * Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. * Reliable transportation is an asset. * Strong communication and customer-service skills. * Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Professional appearance and strong work ethic. * Previous security experience is an asset but not mandatory for all positions.
