Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries and liaising with the wider primary care team as well as managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. You will be responsible for emailing, scanning, and coding clinical correspondence. Additionally, the role involves processing prescription requests and utilizing other information systems to support efficient workflow processes. We are looking for a person who must be an excellent communicator both spoken and written, well-presented and possessing basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and email use. The candidate must also be able to work within processes/procedures and must be adaptable to varying shifts as required by business needs. An understanding of confidentiality and the ability to use common sense when dealing with situational challenges is essential, as well as the flexibility to work different shifts.

Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate is required to be an excellent communicator with both spoken and written skills. They must be well-presented and possess basic PC skills, including the ability to use Word, Excel, and email. The person should be adaptable, personable, polite, and patient, with empathy towards patients, some of whom might not be patient or polite due to anxiety. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of working within processes and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security, and applying common sense in unusual situations. The candidate must also be comfortable with changing priorities and flexible enough to work different shifts as business needs dictate.
