Job SummaryYou will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Department of PSNS and IMF.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing, planning, managing, and directing IT operational resources & providing technical customer service and technical leadership in functions related to Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) support. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Major DutiesYou will serve as a Technical Lead in the activities of the NMCI Customer Technical Representatives Branch.You will perform as the technical Customer Support SME responsible for identifying IT service operational requirements for the command.You will plan, manage, and direct IT NMCI analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, installation, implementation, integration, and maintenance of various Next Generation (NGEN) contracts and services.You will represent the command in contractor/customer interactions pertaining to NMCI/NGEN IT services; diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents regarding IT issues and supports higher-level problem solving.You will identify and define business or technical requirements applied to the design, development, implementation, management, and supports systems and networks.
