Job SummaryYou will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Plans and Programs Division (SP10), Human Resources Office (SPHR) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.

QualificationsNH-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and/or analyzing workforce development programs (e.g., mandatory training, employee development, DAWIA, etc.) to achieve organizational mission priorities or strategic human capital objectives. NH-02 Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-04 grade level or NH-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing or assisting with workforce training and development programs to achieve organizational priorities and strategic human capital objectives. Major DutiesYou will administer training, leadership development, and various workforce development programs (e.g., Mandatory Training, Employee and Leadership Development, Mentoring, Coaching, DAWIA, etc.).You will assist in planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining training courses for personnel.You will work closely with leadership, managers/supervisors, and employees to provide a full spectrum of workforce development services.You will utilize learning databases to advertise programs, courses and curriculum, maintain training records, generate reports, and monitor career development plans.You will serve as a government purchase card holder to complete purchase requests for workforce training as well as fund recruitment events and process other micro-purchases.You will collaborate with HR specialists and Command Training Coordinators at the Field Activities to provide guidance.
