Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PRODUCTION FACILITY & PLANT EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION (980) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating administrative program operations by leading studies, analyzing metrics and deficiencies, and developing recommendations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations (e.g. minimize delays, improve processes, short- and long-range planning). Major DutiesYou will perform a variety of assessments in support of the programs, services, and training needs and requirements of division personnel.You will utilize established processes necessary to collect information, organize work, and to identify potential issues or problems dealing with readily observable conditions (e.g., building layout or conditions, or mandatory training).You will assist in the development of strategies of a broad range of administrative programs and services critical to the success of the Division and the ability to execute facility and equipment projects in support of the Shipyard's mission.You will assist in developing metrics and tracking trends to identify deficiencies in existing programs.You will identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems in logistic support, administrative procedures, work processes, or regulatory compliance.You will assist in the development of concepts and deployment of strategies designed to improve the organizational effectiveness of facility maintenance and optimization programs, and management and resources programs.
