Job SummaryYou will serve as a SHOP SUBSAFE DIRECTOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies, reviews, evaluations, or preparation of service requirements to provide recommendations on work practices to maintain water-tight integrity of sub systems and equipment. Major DutiesYou will serve as shop quality control personnel, training leader, and technical expert on the SUBSAFE/Re-entry control (REC) instructions.You will participate in non-nuclear critiques and serve as shop designated personnel for baseline advanced industrial management (BAIM) to integrate the REC process.You will serve as a consultant authority to higher level management on SUBSAFE policy and procedures.You will identify SUBSAFE program and planning execution problems and develop and implement corrective action plans based on findings.You will conduct internal audits to test and certify the reliability and accuracy of internal control systems.You will perform SUBSAFE/REC course development work including determining learning objectives, developing text outlines, correlating task analysis data and performance standards with the subject matter covered.
