Job SummaryYou will serve as a Lead Contracting Officer's Representative in the Contracting Department, Strategy and Compliance Division, (Code 430), of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing acquisition or procurement strategies and carrying out quality assurance inspections to check contractor performance in an industrial setting. Major DutiesYou will be responsible for ensuring all necessary actions for effective execution of valid government requirements via contract vehicles are accomplished.You will perform Advanced Planning Acquisition (AAP) by aiding projects and customers during pre-planning and development phases.You will coordinate and lead the Acquisition Team in scoping meetings, assigning roles and responsibilities, ensuring realistic planning goals and objectives are established, ensuring adherence to schedule, and monitoring progress.You will prepare metrics and reports, providing input and recommend changes to accomplish mission and program goals and objectives.You will notify the Contracting Officer of any contractor performance issues and take corrective action as appropriate.You will provide oversight of Contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with contract terms and conditions.
