As our HR Partner , you own the full breadth of HR, from finding and hiring great people, managing individual cases and employee relations, driving performance and development cycles, guiding absence and reintegration, through to keeping our team healthy, growing and motivated. You'll be doing this for a fast-growing team of 80+ people from more than 10 nationalities, as we continue to professionalize, grow internationally and develop towards a team of 150+ in the years ahead. Based at our Global Head Office in Utrecht, you're the go-to for employees and managers alike, and the person who keeps our HR year running like clockwork.
