What you'll do - Drive year-over-year cost productivity through formulation optimization and raw material cost reduction initiatives - Improve supply continuity by qualifying alternative raw materials and enhancing formulation robustness - Lead cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Product Management, Operations, and suppliers to execute value-driven projects - Develop and manage structured project plans aligned with business priorities and stage-gate processes - Perform hands-on formulation, experimental design (e.g., DOE), and data analysis to meet performance and cost targets - Support scale-up, plant trials, validation, and commercialization while troubleshooting to ensure stable implementation - Ensure compliance, documentation quality, and alignment with safety, product stewardship, and performance standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture What makes you a good fit - Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline - 5+ years of formulation development experience in adhesives, sealants, or similar chemical systems - Prov...
