We now offer a range of SaaS solutions aimed at streamlining communication for enterprises and large SMEs, with a strong focus on our latest offering, Jochem.ai . Initially starting with just Jochem as our first employee, our team has since grown to seven members. With this expansion, it became challenging for our customer care team to maintain the same level of expertise. Recognizing this, we developed Jochem.ai for colleagues, a privacy-safe, self-learning assistant that integrates seamlessly into various communcation platforms like Slack via a plug-in. Jochem.ai significantly reduces knowledge update time, enhances onboarding, and decreases inquiries to senior colleagues by 60 to 80%.
