Position title: Roving Finance Delegate Central African Republic and Mali Duty Station: Bangui and Bamako Time period: 12 months Starting Date: October 2026 Status: Single posting/R&R Purpose of the position The Finance Delegate supports the financial management, accountability and compliance of Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC) supported programmes in Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR). The role provides financial oversight, monitoring, capacity strengthening and operational support to ensure that programme resources are managed efficiently, transparently and in accordance with NLRC policies, donor requirements and applicable regulations. Background The Netherlands Red Cross supports the Red Cross Societies in Mali and the Central African Republic through long-term partnerships focused on humanitarian assistance , resilience building and National Society development. The programmes are implemented in complex and challenging environments affected by insecurity, climate-related shocks and humanitarian needs. NLRC supports a diverse portfolio of projects in areas such as disaster preparedness, health, livelihoods, protection and organizational strengthening. These programmes are funded through NLRC resources and institutional donors, including the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other funding partners.
