As Global Mobility Operations Lead at Van Oord, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of global mobility within the organization. You will navigate the complex landscape of international tax, social security, and immigration legislation and ensure compliance with national and international payroll obligations. As Global Mobility Operations Lead, you will collaborate with several different stakeholders throughout the company. You work closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and Payroll but also directly with our operational business to ensure alignment of our policies with the business needs. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this role. You are considered the expert on all Global Mobility matters and you need to bring the Global Mobility services to the operations as well. You will report to the Global Mobility Manager.
