We are sitting at the table with (international) management and other marketers and are advising on: - The marketing mix. - and help set up and manage the channels. In this segment, we are growing strongly and are one of the largest players. But we are also those true online marketing professionals who: - Using AI tools as an aid (text, visual, video, audio). - Deploy sales & marketing automation. - Mapping customer journeys with our customers. - Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to achieve better results from an existing number of website visitors. - Implement search engine optimisation (SEO). - Use adverts (Google, social media and other online platforms). - Using content marketing (text, video, audio). As a team, we are down-to-earth, open and helpful towards one another and our clients. We are keen to grow as a company, as a team and as individuals. We hold internal knowledge-sharing sessions to keep each other on our toes and discuss the latest market developments. Forward Marketing is self-managing.
