As a senior project manager, you will supervise construction projects in the broadest sense. Because of your years of experience, you have an affinity for certain topics in construction. You also share, consciously and unconsciously, your knowledge and experience. You always work together with an enthusiastic team of colleagues and are supported by (junior) project managers. Vacancy Senior project manager What are you going to do? Completing the most beautiful, the largest, or the most challenging construction projects successfully. That's what gets you excited. You take the lead: you are a confidant, direct point of contact, and sparring partner of the client. If a delegated client is needed? You willingly take on that responsibility. In the construction projects under your wing, you are a key figure. You instinctively sense new opportunities and possibilities for the organization and make use of them. Your role in construction projects is primarily strategic: you set the course, monitor, adjust, and ensure that the building is constructed according to the requirements and to the satisfaction of the client. You combine the frameworks - such as the program of requirements, schedule, and budget - with your extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of construction. You stay ahead of the game, foreseeing pitfalls and risks. You steer where necessary, bring the right people together, slow down when needed, and push forward when possible. Additionally, you involve the appropriate expertise from within the organization and your own network and mentor junior project managers. Transparency is second nature to you: you naturally share your knowledge and experience with colleagues. Because together, we are strong. What do you bring?
