About the employee - Food - Bachelor degree, Master degree - 40 hours - Herten Your tasks In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the international order process. You maintain an overview, coordinate easily between different parties and make sure customers, colleagues and external partners know what to expect. You work accurately and solution-oriented in an environment where logistics, regulations and customer interests continuously come together. Occasional weekend duties may occur; these hours will be compensated with time off in lieu. Your responsibilities include: Processing and coordinating customer orders from order placement through to delivery, including transport planning and monitoring delivery times; Preparing and checking logistics and commercial documentation, including invoicing and documents related to laws and regulations; Coordinating with internal departments regarding logistics processes, documentation, supply chain matters and any exceptions or specific requirements; Maintaining contact with customers, transport companies and other external service providers while building long-term customer relationships; Identifying and resolving delivery discrepancies and handling minor claims and non-conformities.
