Cloud Team Lead As Cloud Team Lead, you drive the design, governance, and optimization of our cloud platforms. You ensure secure, scalable, and resilient services while leading cloud engineers and modernization initiatives. Together with security and infrastructure teams, you support innovation, business growth, and operational continuity. Together with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams, you help build secure, scalable, and future-proof cloud solutions that support business growth and innovation. You are: - Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure Azure cloud platforms; - Leading daily cloud operations, including monitoring, IAM, patch management, and incident resolution; - Defining and enforcing cloud governance, security standards, and best practices; - Driving cloud transformation initiatives focused on automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform standardization; - Optimizing performance, reliability, and costs with a strong FinOps mindset; - Leading an outsourced team that operates as an integrated part of our organization, enabling strong collaboration and long-term development; - Collaborating with internal teams and vendors while coaching the cloud team on knowledge development and ownership.
