Who you are Do you love solving logistical puzzles, and know your way around dynamic warehouse environments? As our ideal Logistics Planner, you are proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player who adapts quickly to change. To hit the ground running, you meet the following requirements: - You speak and write fluent English - You live within 50 kilometers of Oostrum - You are available for a fulltime role - You have at least one year of experience in administration, planning or customer service. What will you do As an Outbound Planner, no two days are the same! You keep the outbound planning running smoothly. Your responsibility is to make rock-solid daily schedules. You coordinate with (inter)national carriers and ensure seamless warehouse delivery. You monitor time slots, solve operational bottlenecks on the spot and keep customer communication sharp. In short, you handle the following tasks: - You create a workable daily outbound schedule; - You track on-time delivery and escalate issues fast; - You generate KPI reports about carrier performance in Excel.
