As a Team Leader - High Care, you'll manage a large production team in one of Europe's most advanced food production facilities. Functieomschrijving: As Team Leader - High Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 75 to 100 employees. You oversee the entire production process, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.Your responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching, and motivating a large production team. - Monitoring daily production activities and ensuring planning targets are achieved. - Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality. - Conducting performance and absence-related discussions with team members. - Resolving operational issues and responding quickly to production challenges. - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. - Working closely with other departments to achieve production goals. - Reporting operational results and improvement initiatives to the Production Manager.
