AT Automation Select Page Sales Engineer SCADA/MES What you'll do As a Sales Engineer SCADA/MES, you are the technical brain behind the commercial process. You support the Sales and Account Manager by translating customer requests into technical solutions, calculations, and proposals. In addition, you carry out preliminary research and consultancy activities and visit customers to discuss new projects. You connect commercial opportunities to technical feasibility, directly contributing to the growth of AT-Automation. You will be working in the SCADA/MES department within AT-Automation. You report to the Operational Director/Team Leader Ignition and work closely with the Innovation Manager, Team Leader, Sales and Account Manager, and Software Engineers of the SCADA/MES department. You are the technical point of contact during the sales phase and act as a bridge between customers, sales, and the technical teams. Responsibilities - Translating customer questions into technical solutions and calculations. - Supporting the Sales and Account Manager in customer meetings with technical input. - Conducting preliminary research with customers and preparing advisory reports. - Visiting customers for inventory, advice, and new project discussions. - Preparing and giving presentations and demos in Ignition (SCADA, MES, and IIoT). - Writing technical justifications in quotes and proposals. - Spotting opportunities with customers and turning them into new projects.
