As a forklift driver , you ensure the logistics in the warehouse and shipping department run smoothly. You work with rolls of carpet, pallets, and other goods, moving them safely and efficiently to the correct locations. You take care of loading and unloading trucks on time and make sure all products are in place. Your responsibilities: - Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift; - Moving and storing rolls, pallets, and finished products in the warehouse; - Checking goods for quantity, quality, and damage; - Preparing orders for shipment; - Supporting colleagues with additional warehouse tasks. This position is mainly in a 3-shift system, but you may occasionally be asked to work in another department where shifts run in 4 shifts. About the company You will be working for a producer in the carpet industry in the Genemuiden region. Within the company, various flooring and textile products are produced and processed. The lamination department is an important part of this process, as different layers of material are combined here into a finished product with the required properties.
