Description Your goal As HR Business Partner at Marktlink, you are the trusted advisor to our managers and leadership teams. You are closely connected to the business. You understand what managers need, challenge them when necessary and turn HR strategy into practical action. From preparing a performance review cycle to advising on a complex absence case or forecasting the people needed for a growing team, you bring structure, insight and a human approach. Marktlink is growing rapidly across Europe. Your role is to help make sure that growth works for our people as well as our business. You connect the dots between managers, employees, Recruitment, HR Operations and the ML Academy, while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work.
