You are responsible for carrying out quality checks and giving constructive feedback to your team members to maintain the highest standards throughout the hotel.At the beginning of each shift, you assign rooms and public areas to the housekeeping team and help organize the daily operation. With your eye for detail and strong sense of hospitality, you know exactly what it takes to make guests feel at home.In addition, you support with scheduling, training, and guiding employees in their daily tasks. As the right hand of the Housekeeping Manager, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed.
