That is where you come in. As a Project Employee, you work from our head office in Wognum on the projects that move us forward. You do not organise from the sidelines. You dive in, take on the work, arrange what needs to be arranged and deliver. And once things are running smoothly, you are ready for the next challenge. No endless managing, just rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. One moment you are at a new branch where the drills are running, calling the contractor, checking that the furniture arrives on time and making sure everything is in place. The next moment you are sitting alongside IT as a new system goes live, testing alongside the team, fielding the first questions and helping colleagues get to grips with it. And when a team is bumping up against its limits due to growth, you step in and restore the calm. These are just a few examples. Projects are not limited to a renovation, a system or a struggling team.
