Responsibilities - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas within the hotel premises according to hotel standards. - Perform regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene. - Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust public areas as needed. - Empty trash bins and replace linen regularly. - Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in the designated areas. - Assist the supervisor/executive manager with their needs. - Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns courteously. - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Requirements - Performs related duties as assigned by the management. - Make sure that his/her working area is always kept clean and tidy. - Responsible for reporting immediately to Supervisor anything that is to be considered a health and safety hazard. - Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct. - Knowledge of basic English and good communication skills. - Positive attitude and is able to prioritize.
