Here's a little taste of your challenge: Key Responsibilities - Contribute to achieving sales goals and revenue growth within the Benelux region. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the small and mid-market segment. - Support Senior Sales Representatives in managing the sales process and customer portfolio. - Build a strong foundation in sales processes, customer management, and territory development to prepare for future Sales Representative roles. - Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. - Support Senior Sales Representatives with administrative and commercial activities, including: CRM updates and data management. Quote preparation and follow-up. Customer communication and follow-up. Pipeline management and reporting. - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. - Continuously develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding. - Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the region.
