Bewaar Area manager Fast food Area Manager | Operations | Netherlands (field-based) | Full-time | fast food | 1050407 About the role Do you get your energy from being on the shop floor rather than behind a desk? For a fast-growing international pizza and quick-service restaurant brand expanding rapidly across the Netherlands, we're looking for an Area Manager who leads from the front . You'll spend most of your week inside the restaurants themselves, working shoulder to shoulder with franchisees to sharpen performance, protect brand standards , and turn good restaurants into great ones. It's a role built on trust, coaching, and results, not reports. Since restaurants are busiest exactly when most people are off, your working week typically includes Saturdays and Sundays , with days off during the week (often Monday/Tuesday). This isn't fixed and can be discussed. What will you do? You'll be the driving force behind a group of franchised restaurants : coaching and, when needed, challenging franchisees to lift performance across the board . You'll run operational audits , spot what's holding a restaurant back, and roll up your sleeves to fix it alongside the team. You'll also help launch new products and campaigns, support new store openings , and act as the brand's eyes, ears, and coach in the field. Key things you'll keep your finger on: - Salesgrowth and overall restaurant profitability - F ood costs and labour costs - Deliveryperformance and customer satisfaction - Operationalcompliance and audit scores What you bring You're commercially sharp, hands-on, and a natural coach, someone who can influence without needing formal authority. - At least 3 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service restaurants or hospitality, ideally within a franchise setting - Fluent English ; Dutch is a strong plus - Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and a valid driving licence - Flexibility to work weekends , ...
