A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the Benelux General Counsel and functionally to the Europe Data Privacy Director, you will lead the data protection strategy across the Benelux region to safeguard our consumers, employees, and partners. Governance & Strategy: Implement the Group Data Privacy program and lead the local Privacy Committee. Advisory & Compliance: Embed Privacy by Design in digital, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives. Contractual & Regulatory: Draft and negotiate data clauses and cooperate with local Supervisory Authorities. Awareness: Design and deliver training to foster a strong privacy culture. We Are Looking For You are a highly experienced privacy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. Based on our L'Oréal Skills Library, we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in privacy law, preferably within a large firm or company operating in a global/international environment • 3+ years experience as an international commercial contract/litigation/IP lawyer
