We have extensive experience in sectors including food and non-food production, logistics, construction and meat processing. Functie As a Beef Trimmer, you will be responsible for: - Professionally trimming and preparing beef for further processing. - Removing excess fat and unwanted parts from the meat. - Cutting and portioning beef according to the required specifications. - Checking and maintaining the quality of the meat throughout the trimming process. - Working accurately while maintaining the required production pace. - Keeping your workplace, knives and other tools clean and hygienic. - Complying with all applicable safety, hygiene and food-quality standards.
