The Part-Time Assistant will be an integral member of the Training and Marketing team, supporting the maintenance and development of digital learning solutions. This includes managing video content, eLearning materials, and multilingual training resources. The role will also provide support for training coordination, event administration, and digitalization initiatives. - Support the Training and Marketing team with course and event administration, including activity creation, event registration, onsite event support, meeting room bookings, and related coordination tasks. - Assist in video recording, editing, and production for eLearning content development. - Support the translation and localization of training materials from English to Simplified Chinese. - Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects. - Assist in testing, validating, and maintaining digital training content and learning platforms. - Coordinate and maintain training documentation, records, and learning resources. - Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
