For a large production company in Borculo, we are looking for a Logistics Planner to support the logistics and production planning team. This is a temporary position with a start date as soon as possible. In this role, you will help ensure smooth production processes, efficient material flows, and accurate planning within a dynamic manufacturing environment. What are you going to do? As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for production planning and coordinating logistics activities across the factory. You will work closely with different departments to make sure products and materials are available at the right time and place. Your tasks will include: - Creating, monitoring, and adjusting production plans; - Coordinating the flow of raw materials and semi-finished products; - Identifying problems and solving operational issues; - Taking part in daily operational meetings and representing the logistics department; - Supporting both short-term and long-term planning activities; - Monitoring inventory levels and maintenance requirements; - Preparing reports on incidents, disruptions, and daily operations for the next shift; - Acting as the first point of contact during operational disruptions; - Participating in an on-call duty roster every 2 to 3 weeks. The current team is a combined team of planners, administrative workers, a shift leader and a hiring manager - 12 people in total in the team. What do we offer? - Temporary position with a start date as soon as possible; - 36 working hours per week (32 hours may be considered); - Day shift position with working hours starting around 07:00; - On-call duties approximately once every 2 to 3 weeks, which can be performed from home; - Salary between €3,900 – €4,600 gross per month based on 36-hour contract (depending on your experience); - The opportunity to work in a large international production environment; - 25 vacation days; 8.33% holiday allowance; - Pension plan from the first day of employment;
