Organisatie The Wiendels Group is a leading employment and secondment agency specialising in supplying qualified personnel to various industries. We have extensive experience in sectors including food and non-food production, logistics, construction and meat processing. From our office in 's-Heerenberg, you will work closely with the recruitment team and our operational managers. Together, you ensure that suitable candidates are matched with the right vacancies and are properly supported throughout the recruitment process. Functie As a Polish-speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for: - Actively sourcing, approaching and selecting suitable candidates. - Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' experience, motivation and availability. - Supporting applicants by telephone, WhatsApp, video calls and other communication channels. - Managing online recruitment platforms and social-media channels. - Developing and managing online recruitment campaigns. - Presenting suitable candidates to our operational managers. - Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates. - Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process. - Actively promoting The Wiendels Group within the Polish community. - Contributing to the further dev...
