Personal qualities - 29 vacation days (based on 40 hours) + option to purchase extra days - Profit sharing + 50% pension contribution - €3,000 annual training budget - €1,250 home office work allowance - Travel allowance + bike plan - Remote work arrangement and allowance A completed Mechanical Engineering degree (BSc or MSc), or a comparable degree such as Aerospace Engineering 10 years of relevant work experience Experience with 3D CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks or Inventor) Experience with strength calculations and FEM Strong understanding of manufacturability Experience leading a technical team Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written - Passion for engineering - Strong analytical skills - Leadership and decisiveness - Clear communicator - Responsible and quality-focused Working hours select - Time allocation overview Career path Making the best use of everyone's talents is central.
