YOUR PROFILE - MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking. - A degree in finance, economics or administration would be an advantage. - Experience of managing and/or supervising a team is an advantage. - Experience in payroll administration, wage administration or a similar role. - You have an affinity for administrative systems and automation; knowledge of EasyFlex would be an advantage. - You work with attention to detail and consider it important that everything is correct. - You enjoy helping your colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge. - You're good at keeping track of things and setting priorities. - You have good communication skills (Dutch and English) and are customer-focused. - You contribute ideas to find solutions and take the initiative to tackle tasks independently. - You are keen to learn and actively keep up to date with developments in the field.
