We are seeking candidates for a Production role who can work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble components for doors and window frames. - Set up, operate, and monitor machinery. - Inspect the quality of materials and finished products. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience in a similar production role, comfortable assembling products using the appropriate machines and tools. - Technically skilled with a hands-on approach to work. - Able to communicate effectively in English at B1/B2 level. - Driving license (car) preferred — Maintec provides transport. - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
