Together with your colleagues, you will produce custom-made worktops of the highest quality that customers enjoy in their kitchens for many years. The company employs nearly 400 people across three locations in Deurne. However, you will work in a close-knit team of approximately 10 to 16 colleagues, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This position is day shift only, working from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. What will you do? Before a raw slab becomes a finished worktop, it passes through several production stages. Depending on your skills and interests, you will work in one of the following departments: Gluing Department: Applying and finishing edges to create a high-quality appearance. Polishing Department: Sanding and polishing worktops using modern machinery to achieve a flawless finish. Packing Department: Inspecting and carefully packaging finished products for transport. Through a comprehensive onboarding programme and personal guidance, you will learn all aspects of the job.
