Key Responsibilities - Service Delivery Management : Act as the subject matter expert for the HR Service Delivery Model, ensuring consistent execution of HR services and alignment with global service standards. Partner with HR service teams to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness. - Service Performance & Governance : Define, monitor, and continuously improve service performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting, and governance processes. Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards and organizational objectives. - Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and service gaps, driving improvements across HR operations.
