De positie As HR Business Partner, you will support the implementation of the IT & Data target organization. Working closely with the transformation team, business stakeholders, HR colleagues, and managers, you will help ensure that key transformation activities are delivered in a structured, timely, and consistent manner. Your focus will be on translating organizational design into execution by creating structure, managing dependencies, tracking progress, and supporting people-related implementation activities. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating the preparation and execution of selection waves 2 and 3, including job descriptions, interview panels, and selection frameworks. - Supporting the accurate mapping of employees into the future organization and resolving related questions and dependencies. - Preparing and coordinating the implementation of the new organizational structure in Workday. - Supporting communication and change management activities by providing clarity around processes, timelines, roles, and next steps. - Contributing to employee journey activities, including individual employee cases and offboarding activities where applicable. - Acting as a key link between the transformation team, HR, managers, and employees to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables. In this role, you will guide stakeholders through the implementation process, ensuring they understand expectations, timelines, and the impact of decisions on employees.
