Contract type Full time Apply for this job - URL copied As a Service Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer RMR (Retrofit, Modifications and Revisions) projects from order to completion according to Vanderlande process, and safety requirements. This role requires balancing technical delivery, financial performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure each project meets scope, schedule, and quality objectives. You will work on several projects simultaneously and functionally report to the Team Leader Service Projects for EMEA-LATAM region. Due to the dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment, you will work and align with internal project-team members (Engineering, Sales, Technology, Service) and external parties (Customers and Subcontractors). You will be responsible to achieve the best overall project result for both Vanderlande and the customer, while considering planning, quality, and costs. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate all phases of the assigned RMR service projects, from contract review through completion and handover. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Manage project scope, ensuring clear definition of deliverables and alignment with customer expectations. - Monitor progress against plan, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Responsible for health, safety and environment on site. - Escalation and single point of contact for internal as well as external stakeholders for operational and technical issues. - Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, cost control, and identifying opportunities to sell additional services during the execution proces...
