Food & Beverage Manager
Lead, mentor, and manage the Food & Beverage team to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring that all brand standards and quality requirements are consistently met
Develop and implement new concepts, menus, products, and service offerings
Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and actively support revenue growth
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering memorable and high-quality dining services
What we are looking for:
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, ideally within an international hotel environment
Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team, with a hands-on leadership style
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A genuine passion for gastronomy, beverages, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Ability to think creatively, bring new ideas, and drive continuous improvement in service and operations
Solid financial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English; knowledge of Czech or another language is an advantage
Familiarity with hotel standards and quality procedures, preferably within an international hotel brand
