Experian is looking for a Client Technical Analyst, Expert. Reporting to the Director Production Support, you will support our main API/Member platform and subsequent services and systems. Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer application issues.

What you'll do
Research, and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients/membersDevelop, and test SQL queries to aid in the investigation and analysis of issuesExamine error logs and database content to determine the cause of a problemDocument and implement workaround solutions wherever possible.Document steps to reproduce for resolution with internal and external resourcesDocument processes procedures, and technical instructions for future reference and use by support teamsCreate/manage production/staging support tickets Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldYou have 3+ years of development or technical support experienceYou are experienced with the development and support of sites using API and SDK integrationKnowledge of Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, and Shell scriptingExperience implementing automation or self service technologiesKnowledge of Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, Shell scripting, Splunk, Data Dog, MuleSoft and Salesforce Benefits/Perks
