About this role
Perform end to end AR process: specialized in billing process especially on customer invoicing either manual or automatePerform reconciliation and procession of invoice(s) into Oracle. Including: ensuring the invoicing accurately reflects as per the contracts/usage/billing request/SOPrepare customer aging report and other AR related reportsDealing with interface billing reconciliations, balance sheet through P&L reconciliationPerform and support month end close activitiesAccountable and responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of billing process in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIsWork closely with the sales operation team and cross functional organization to resolve and support customer billing process, issues and/or inquiriesEnsure compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures, that should be in line with the company policies, standard operating procedures, and/or SLA/MSALiaise with the auditors, tax authorities and regulatory authorities as required for the countries served in GFS and BusinessFull support to O2C global initiative in UAT, migrations, scope expansion, standardization and/or data mapping or cleansingSupport the assigned project (Acquisitions and Mergers, Divestment (when required)Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other duties as and when requested by the line managerHandle high complexity billing process
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentAt least 2-5 year(s) of experience in MNC - Accounts Receivables (Collections/Billing), open to graduates to applyBasic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience in Oracle application is an added advantageStrong in stakeholder management and ability to manage independently Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
