About this role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of ESS projects, ensuring successful execution against scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. You will contribute to a broader program of work and require coordination, and delivery discipline across global and cross-functional teams. You will report to the Product Director.
What you'll do:
Own full lifecycle project delivery (initiation to closure) across multiple workstreamsOperate within a global programme structure, aligning delivery to programme milestones and dependenciesManage senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology functionsDefine and control scope, change governance, and delivery prioritiesDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, including dependencies and critical pathDrive financial management including forecasting, budget tracking, and cost optimisationEstablish robust risk and issue management with clear mitigation strategiesLead governance including SteerCo reporting, status reporting, and executive updatesEnsure delivery meets defined quality standards and business outcomesProactively remove delivery blockers and improve execution velocityDrive adoption of Agile/Hybrid delivery models where appropriateLead geographically distributed teams and vendorsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across delivery processes What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure and application services deliveryPMI/PMP certification or equivalent is preferredFluency in EnglishExperience of Agile methodologiesAdvanced project and programme delivery expertise (Agile, Hybrid)Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levelsLeadership across distributed/global teamsExperience with delivery tooling (e.g. Jira)Risk management and governance expertise You will get:
