About this role

We are looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator to take full ownership of key internal tools used across the business, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT / Operations background, who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous contexts, and is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to internal users.

🛠️ Your key responsibilities

Act as the primary owner of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace environmentsAdminister configurations, permissions, access, and integrations across these toolsProvide proactive, high-quality support to internal users across multiple business unitsEstablish and improve processes, standards, and best practices for tool usageIdentify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities, acting proactively to resolve themCreate and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and usage policiesCollaborate closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutionsEnsure reliability, organization, and governance of all managed systems 🎯 What we expect from you

Proven experience as a Jira AdministratorProven experience as a Google Workspace AdministratorHands-on experience with ConfluenceStrong background in IT, Operations, or SaaS Systems AdministrationAbility to work with high autonomy and take full ownership of systemsStrong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical usersA proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset⭐ Nice to have
